"Self 3D Alignment"
Self 3D alignment finds internal similarities within one protein
structure. It is usefull to reveal the repeated structures of proteiins.
It can detects only two times repeated structures, cannot deal with
repeated structures with more than two times.
The usage and output is almost similar to the that of Pairwise 3D Alignment,
except the number of input structure is only one.
